Shipping Policies

1. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM IST are processed the same business day.

• Orders placed after 2 PM IST, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is packed.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

• Prepaid Orders:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders.
    

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Standard shipping charges + ₹100 COD fee (applies to all COD orders).

• Delivery Timelines:

  • 3–5 business days to metros & major cities.

  • 5–7 business days to remote areas.

• Express Shipping: (Prepaid only, metros) 1–2 business days at a flat ₹199.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available across India.

• A ₹100 COD fee applies in addition to shipping charges.

• Please keep the exact amount ready—our courier partners cannot provide change.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.

• You can also check your order status anytime under My Account → Orders on our website.

5. Packaging & Care

• All products are shipped in sturdy, eco-friendly packaging with proper cushioning for supplements and balms.

• If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately.
